4 stars: Pictures available for some restaurants. Some of the descriptions are unclear for random things, sometimes you get surprises on your orders. It's got a good selection of places. Has accurate up to date food tracker. Usually pretty on top of it when it comes to substitutes or missing items. Not 5 stars because of description or lacking photos.

3 stars: My driver was horrible. His name was michael r. I ordered my food at 11am and didnt get it till 2. I called the restraunt and he had picked my food up over an hour ago. My food was cold and not enjoyable. Then had the nerve to tell me to give him 5 stars. He wouldnt even answer my text or calls.
5 stars: I absolutely love this app. They have almost everything near me available, wait time is always super fast, they always handle any issues that you have with any order no hesitation. I will only ever use this app for delivery. Not to mention delivery fees are more than half of other apps! Love it!
