3 stars: App is easy to use but I only downloaded it as while waiting to be put through to them on the phone the on-hold voiceover promised a discount for booking via the app which I never received and couldn't see the option to select it!
5 stars: Simple and intuitive to access. Able to book, check in, and change flights if needed through the app at the same prices found on flight comparison sites.
3 stars: It should allow me to print off boarding passes also if I choose to do so without having to log in online \u0026 print them. I regularly book for my elderly parents \u0026 having the passes on my phone is no good to them \u0026 they can't use the app themselves.
5 stars: we had our flight Cancelled in our last trip with easy jet, the got us a new flight at Bristol, the oaid fir the mini bus although it wss stressful, they got us to our destinations.
5 stars: Brilliant. Went to use Logan Air as I'm Scottish. what a hassle. Came back to Easy Jet as never an issue. Sure enough, no issues. I love the scan bank card feature. Logan Air and others can learn from this site.
5 stars: I have always found Easyjet extremely helpful. I am disabled and the service I get from both airport staff and Easyjet is excellent. Even if the flight is delayed leaving, Easyjet still manages to arrive on time. Extremely professional staff who will always keep you informed. Short haul, they are my choice EVERY time
