5 stars: Phenomenal App! It does everything you want it to do and it actually saves you a lot of time. Makes the whole giving blood process simpler which encourages people to give consistently.
5 stars: The app is really great and easy to use. Because of being able to book am appointment, the card on the app and the questionnaire on the app, my whole appointment was only about 25 minutes long! Making blood donation a lot easier :)
3 stars: I had book an appointment on 1st July and the location was not open on that day and its not update and I went there for nothing. It should at least update the schedule if the event is cancel or pospone.
5 stars: App works well and is super convenient. Like that it keeps track of your stats too and you can schedule/cancel without phoning. Has been totally reliable so far!
