3 stars: Is generally a good app for browsing Costco's offerings. Recent added feature to show your Costco card was poorly implemented. The button to toggle it is right in the middle at the bottom. It blocks many of the gui's standard features (like scrolling through a product's image gallery). Other wise the app is fine, but that feature doesn't add much, and causes more trouble than it is worth.
3 stars: Costco warehouse enither need to provide free wifi or talk to cellphone service provider. I was in Costco at Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Eastvale, CA. Both of Costco warrhouses are having poor phone/internet connection that my App can not load up to enter warehouse by my Costco e-membership. Maybe you can revise your app to support offline loading for e-membership.
