5 stars: this is the application that I most recommend to my friends and family. why? In my opinion sleep apnea is the most seriously under-diagnosed disease in our country. this is a simple application that will let you know if you snore... and if you snore how bad it is. once you find out, it can be life-saving to get medical help as needed to solve your sleep apnea.
5 stars: Too early to tell. Only been using app for for a few weeks but looks really promising. Reviewed results with my doctor and will start a proper snore assessment I will post an update in a few weeks. Have been using Snorelab to monitor how I sleep while trying various treatments with medical practitioners. Snorelab app is providing great data.
5 stars: I never realised until I used this app that I shored like a jet engine. It also recorded me talking in my sleep which I never thought I did and getting up in the night for a glass of water. This app is brilliant for subconsciously changing your sleep patterns so you can reduce snoring and get a better nights sleep. It's better than any clips, strips or gadgets!
5 stars: i come from a family of snorers. ppl tell me i snore alot. just wanted to see for myself just how bad I sounded. this app made it possible for me to hear for myself how noisy I am when i sleep. yeah, i guess I really DO need to use my cpap. thanks for this free app version.
