5 stars: The journal is the best way to stay on top of your blood pressure. BP Journal can be customized to individual needs with storage for multiple users. ( update) My Doctor likes the app.

5 stars: nice little record app - Shame about the frequency of ads but it is free i guess it could do with result on the significance of pulse rate - eg when bp is 'controlled' but pulse is crazy high or vice versa
