5 stars: Best transport App ever! The promos are everything also. But can you please review the billing system, most of the time I'm overcharged and I have to email each time to rectify my charge. Nonetheless, the drivers are professional. I recommend it.
5 stars: On 10-07-2019, had two Rides from Orange county to Kailash Hospital, Sector-27, Noida, another trip From Sagar Ratna, Sector-18, Noida to Orange county. Both cases, Drivers charged more than Uber App, by Rs. 25-30.00. Request Uber to look into our above issues urgently. Thanks.
3 stars: This is the third bad issue I've had with uber and still uber has not acknowledged anything. Uber is convenient but they disregard any credit you have with them because the driver never had the correct change on one of your trips. And if you order an uber and a drìver accepts but then decides ñot to fetch you , then you have to pay a cancellation fee
4 stars: Definitely a lighter app, however there are two points bothering me: 1) couldn't find a way to txt the driver, only make calls and 2) couldn't define my exact location in the map, and had to trust only on the address I typed, which was a problem in both times I used the app.
