4 stars: Great app but it thinks you are stopping cold turkey. It doesn't account for being on the nicotine patch. You could have nicotine in your system for months just not 5 days as this app shows.
5 stars: I love it! Honestly, being able to SEE your progress really does help - it makes me want to keep going because I do NOT want to hit that reset button!

5 stars: great app, the goals and achievements and seeing what is going on with your health was such a great motivator! could use some help in the support chat area, somewhat hard to follow if others are having a full conversation with each other. Would And have recommended this app to others!
