3 stars: When I try to purchase a eye glass, I have installed Lenskart app. But lot of confusions, when I am browsing the app. What is the meaning of your 1+1 offer? If I choose, it calculates for 2. What is the purpose of your membership? Is it a eCommerce store or a golf club? Justify LKCash... If you allow 7% of LKCash, why don't you allow 7% discount straight away? Don't be at 19th century. Come to 21st.
4 stars: ordered a sunglass and it didn't last for a month.it just broke off while driving. don't have customer service to complain, call centre no# not working. but they responded and replace me with new one. must say they are doing good customer service

5 stars: Below Rs.500 range, didn't have wide varieties. Only for few frames, 70% off available. I bought 2 frames for Rs.1500+Rs.600(Membership fees,Then only you can get 1+1offer)+ Rs.288(Tax). So, I got 2 specs with lenses for Rs.2,388. Frames and lenses(Antu-glare) are best quality. Great Offer.
