3 stars: I find this app to be exceptionally confusing and not user friendly and the text messages only send sometimes. And you need to download a weird extension from their site, not just this app for it to work. And when new calls come in or go out they aren't visible on the app like a normal call log. I needed this to automatically text message missed calls and calls from people not on my contact list.
5 stars: so fsr so good simple and easy to use, was looking for something to remind me of leads follwoups, will explore all the features it has much more. the mobile access makes it quite handy to review actions taken to date.
