4 stars: Much improved over previous versions! Just wish that the descriptions of rooms were a bit more detailed. Also, no ability to peruse Government/CAA rates for Fairmont properties etc. is a bit annoying.
4 stars: Most of the times AccorHotels gives the members special price and more flexible options like check in online and late check out.. Need more improvement regarding information of bookings. I suggest to make the full name of the customer and check in and out, and contact number, email and address of the hotel; all in one sigle page.
3 stars: Terrible as far as the reporting on missing points credit or missing stays credit. Form hangs. Multiple pages ans options to go through before you reach REPORT MISSING NIGHTS AND POINTS
5 stars: Really useful app, particularly if you get stuck somewhere and need a room quickly - easy to use as well.
