4 stars: its good but it needs some improvements like 1. add an option to save offline Videos in sd card 2. sometimes i can't play a downloaded video it say An error. 3. add some more tv shows and movies 4. you need to be user friendly on Facebook always i cannot send email to hooq because its annoying. Its my first month with hooq before it i subscribed zee5, viu and hotstar maximum all vods expect Netflix ( maybe in future) so I'm enjoying hooq
4 stars: It is great value for money. the shows are also good like arrow and two and a half men but it still needs to improve very much like it has to show devices in which my account is logged in and let us change password without mailing the hooq team
5 stars: it always do an error.. please fix it i cant watch and i only have six months subscription.. ( i change this for five star. great customer service.. they help me and not giving up until it fix... thanka a lot... )
3 stars: Nice content however there are several issues. The mobile player should have big bold control buttons in the centre. Watching on PC or TV lags a lot even on high speed connections. Watch History is not saved (Mobile and TV both). Customer Care's response is too late. If these issues are not fixed soon, they'll lose the customer base they have.
