4 stars: I love this app!! I would have giving it 5 stars but after the update it won't let input my weight I used for lifting and it's driving me insane!!! please fix this bug!!!🦠
5 stars: I love the workout plans in this app! I always struggle with ideas of what to do at the gym but the ready made plans really help. You can also build your own custom workout and there are lots of suggested exercises to add to this. Video with each exercise is really helpful too
5 stars: This is all I need to get my body toned. I was initially intimidated using the machines in front of everyone but I just followed the instructions. I'm loving this strength training!
5 stars: I think it's a very great app, it has a large amount of exercises, the only problem is that when you want to do all of them you have to pay to see how the exercise should be done, but further more it's great, for at home or if you belong to a gym.
