5 stars: i bought a blender for my Dad in the village and i did not open or test the blender until i got to the village and presented the blender to my Dad.So he opened it and we tested it for the first time only to find out that the blender was not working,so i called the customer care and i was told that after 7 days they cannot change any item.So i lost the Money,the blender and the hope of given my dad a blender to help him in the village.
4 stars: The app is quite efficient and loads speedily on my device. The menus are equally on point. Basically, the developers did a good job on the app. Now I wait to see if my order will be of the quality I'm expecting and delivered at the date they proposed.
3 stars: i dont have much to say but, is a very very good and trustfull, i even buy the phone that i'm using now on jumia online, i have buy a lot of something true jumia. I love it
4 stars: its a great app on the whole. it's not perfect but its much better than the others. sometimes dispatch riders have a few issues tracing your location. The app however is simple and very convinient to use. you save time and money because everything you order gets delivered right to your door step.
