4 stars: my daughter and I LOVE this app. even though, yes the videos are on YouTube for free, the subscription helps her learn to draw numbers and letters and has been amazing. however this morning there was a new image on the spin wheel that said I needed to download something, i did and now the app isn't working. I can't figure out why. please help fix, my daughter loves this app!

5 stars: My son loves it. To eveyone who cannot access the content, try some simple troubleshooting before asking for a refund and complaining. It is pretty simple to uninstall and then re-download. That worked for me.
3 stars: The download \u0026 restart requires uninstalling the app. Mine said I would not lose my subscription (so far so good) But it freezes when downloading the new songs.
