5 stars: This app is so easy to use, it does the work for you. I really appreciate the Pro version, especially because of the warmup feature. It's so useful since you know exactly how to that too. If you're worried about doing the exercises with proper form, you can watch the videos that explain how. Having all the stuff this app offers, you can just focus on the hard work of lifting. As simple as that.
4 stars: I really love this app and this workout regime. I am seeing results after only 5 weeks. I would give this a 5 star rating if I could add full custom workouts on my off days. I do workouts that focus on high rep body weight exercises in a martial arts context on my off days. Adding this capability would result in me giving this a perfect score- I have purchased Pro and still maintain that it is VERY worthwhile.
4 stars: I wish users could buy the app permanently and use the premium features without paying annually. Good app, but some users can't afford monthly / annual payment. Thanks Mehdi
