4 stars: app was great when it worked. hasnt worked since late February. thought it was my new phone however others have same issue. Called provider and they are receiving my data via modem so at least my insurance company gets what they need. i would now love to be able to see my own data. wrote to support twice. ***update**** connected via modem to provider and connected to my account. Works now. dont need to Bluetooth anymore.*
4 stars: Ruined again! Now app just takes you to the Philips website where it tells you to download their app, which takes you to the Philips website where it tells you to download their app..... Ok, so your server was down hence the above. Seems ok now, but please stop trying to improve things without testing them first.
3 stars: they fixed the bluetooth transmission problems. however it took over 4 months+. and I suspect they only did so because of the negative reviews here on google play as they piled up. 3 stars because of this lack of service on a companion app to a device that is important to have working.
