3 stars: I've had my hearing aids with phone app. for about a month. So far my biggest complaint is either the right or left does not connect with bluetooth. Please please fix this problem as I use your app constantly.
4 stars: great app for controlling the sound of my hearing aids. please, please work on getting the ability to play music and phonecalls for Android. that would give this app 5 stars! not everyone wants an iPhone.
5 stars: I am dsappointed that my LG K20+, Android 7.0 version Smartphone does not possess STREAMING capabilities. But after receiving expert consultation from a different Audiologist at Cruz Hearing Center in Taylor, Michigan I am enjoying the MANY functions included in this App \u0026 the Evoke Fusion 2 Hearing Aids...which are with this App much, much more than just a Hearing Aid...OMIGOSH.
3 stars: As other reviewers have stated, at times I will open the app and find that all settings/programs that I have saved are gone and I have to reprogram the app. This needs to be fixed as having these settings is the primary purpose of this app, and having them disappear repeatedly is completely unacceptable.
4 stars: Today's update caused the program to crash when touching any of the audio settings buttons (in mu case Universal, comfort, etc.). But as another user suggested, I uninstalled and reinstalled and that seemed to fix it.
