3 stars: It's useful but the non stop reminders and \
3 stars: open table no longer allows me to enter notes or requests for special occasions. open table asks me to contact the restaurant directly to do that. If I have to contact the restaurant myself, what's the point of open table? The app used to be more user friendly.
5 stars: overall, a handy way to make reservations, though the last step was confusing- since the time was already above the red boxes, there could have been more direction. Something like- to finalize this reservation, click on the time above.
3 stars: searching for restaurants in a specific location is difficult. if not impossible. when i specify a. single location, THAT'S WHAT I WANT. extra suggestions are a monumental annoyance.
4 stars: Very good app. Can search by area and filter results by rating. Would be better if ratings were weighted by the number of ratings. 5 stars from 20 users are not as reliable as 5 stars from 100 people.
4 stars: I don't use it often, but when I do, it really makes my life easier. So simple. Of course, I always wish they had more local restaurants in their pool.
5 stars: I use open table for all of my travels, I love the ease of the app my only complaint is , when I have used the app to cancel (twice) I have received follow up emails telling me that I was a no-show without canceling...
