4 stars: very helpful. needs improvements to make it user friendly. the chat option can have some predefined conversations and queries, the corider should have option to select pick up point. otherwise it is like a bus, and the car owners are not interested, even just to deroute for 300 to 400 meters.
4 stars: Car location should also be trackable every time to riders, so that it would be easy to track. it will save time for riders n offerer both. As sometime offerer say i'll reach there in 5 mins, but he reaches in 15 mins bcoz of traffic, and riders just wait there for 10 mins.
4 stars: nice and helpful app giving 4 stars. just because there is no off button for no riding. when i dont want still i get notification from bike rider. please fix this. because it is very irritating to user to continuously getting notification when he dont want any ride.
5 stars: Its a wonderful app and a good initiative. I have been using this app from last 3-4 months. Very user friendly although it took me a while to understand all the functions. For improvement the app should also include a search bar where a rider can search a particular car owner and book his ride. Thank you.
3 stars: payment gateway is not foolproof and overall product is buggy. The support team responds but capable of fixing only simple issues. Overall good, but you should be careful while using the app otherwise it costs your time and money
