3 stars: Still painful to use. The basics are there, but I spend way too much time watching the loading wheel spin, often leading to a 'no stops at this time' message, even when there's a bus in front of me.

3 stars: When this works it's great! The issue is the 20 to 30 percent of the time it doesn't work. It either keeps spinning trying to load or tells me there are no buses scheduled when I know that's not true. Wish it was more reliable.
