5 stars: The Circle provides an easy way to manage the kids' internet use and protects them from inadvertently seeing inappropriate content. It was easy to set up and works for all devices that connect to my network. Not sure why I waited so long to incorporate it.
3 stars: It would be better if you could set time limits within certain time frames of certain days. For instance 9am to Noon-up to 1 hour, then Noon to 5pm-up to 2 hours, then OFF 5pm to 6:30, or whatever. I wish the little circles indicated more clearly what the device is, not just 1 ltter. I cannot figure out if the main thing is running off of my WiFi, or my laptop. I cannot figure out how to add my smart TV or my DVR units.
5 stars: So far, so good!! We have loved it for about a month now. It has done exactly as advertised with no headaches. We had one hiccup and customer service was top-notch. They were polite and very thorough in figuring out the problem. I love that I no longer have to worry about enforcing screen times, bed times, content, etc.... WONDERFUL!
3 stars: I love the idea but... it really slows my system down. I'm very disappointed that it has such a negative impact on my internet speed. Videos are very slow to upload and watch online. If the Circle can fix this aspect, I will give them a better rating.
