3 stars: I think government should supply it to the whole country and just not geather political power to win elections of Gujrat. They must look forward to help rural or developing areas to make India one of the most devoloup countries. I am not saying that it is a bad app, but the tablet must be supplied to Uttar Pradesh which has highest population in India and comprises of a large part or India ( 2,43,286 sq.km). Always for the nation . VANDE MAATRAM !!!
