3 stars: I like this app needs to be faster it can be slow and I wish I can make my picks and pay from my phone no need to go to the store.

3 stars: Good app. Great idea. Works when the operators at the vendor location are patient enough to pass your phone back and forth. Mobile networks are not strong enough or reliable enough inside stores... Especially during peak times like Sunday before football so I snap screenshots of bar codes - works fine if the cashier is not afraid to try scanning your phone. I've yet to find a store who knew that you can use the app. OLG should send out a memo... Perhaps a quick training guide. Stores just refuse because they don't know about it. Others say they need hardware upgrades to make it work. Nice excuse. Love the time saving concept once OLG gets their vendors on board.
3 stars: The structure of the app is good, modern design and scanning tickets with picks online is very convenient. However, the app servers are overloaded every single Sunday before the NFL games. Guys, look into something scalable like AWS that can handle the traffic at peak periods. Otherwise the app is useless!
3 stars: Crashes often, cant delete picks sometimes. Less responsive buttons. Has to tap many times to bring up the QR code. Would be best if an online betting option available.
