3 stars: Pros: Seamless UI and more convenient. Good concept. Cons: You have to load at least $10 onto your account before you order. Also, as a major fan of Dunkin Frozen Hot Chocolate, I'm really disappointed that I cannot order this after having put $10 into my account, where I literally could have just gone to the closest location and bought one for about $5. Please add more menu options like the Frozen Hot Chocolate!
5 stars: This app has improved a lot. I like the rewards. When you load money to you dd card and purchase things, you earn points. You can also order ahead. If you don't want to reload $10, just get a new gift card through the app and the minimum will be $2.
3 stars: Since I am now a Dunkin Donuts fan I am excited about the app. It would be convenient and save time if the menu in the app was just like the menu in the store. You only offer 3 types of bagels when your stores offer much more. All of the coffee drinks should allow you to add the flavor swirls and sugars. The Dunkaccino only allows me to add flavor shots not the swirls nor does it allow me to add sugar. So the app is supposed to save time but the only thing I am able to do is pay with the app. I still have to order at the window or in the store. I'd love to give you more feedback.
