4 stars: First use worked the first time without requiring an immediate update, and I liked that I could select from a list of common locations and not just be stuck with My Location. I did not try any Waze information, but the map scrolled reasonably fast over 4G/LTE with five different events selected (without trying to view Traffic Cameras). Occasionally required a double press of the back button to dismiss an information popup for the event that was tapped, but no MAJOR bugs at this time to report. (I do like that they have a direct contact e-mail in case of issues, but they should plan to USE THE REVIEWS instead of having users submit the issues separately if they do give a low rating.)
4 stars: Great app! No longer need to call or go online to find out if chain control is up or down. If the roads are open or closed etc. And it's up to the minute as well
3 stars: I had a glitch on my end at first. Data was not being removed. Working perfectly now. 5 big stars now.
5 stars: Million times better than cad.chp.ca.gov! Kudos - well done.
5 stars: I like being able to check my drive to and from Los Angeles to see what freeway conditions are.
3 stars: What Google maps used to be, quick easy view of freeways highways so you can see traffic jams , but you need to be familiar with location
5 stars: This app is key before road trips...or just getting around LA. You will need a CHP wiki to understand some of the codes.
