For air asia at semarang service bad becouse customer service in airport not all the time open so when this time i need to modify my booking, i get difficult and need to wait counter open, they said until 10 am, i came at 8.45 am.

I'm not able to put my email/BIG Member ID and password, did reset password already and when I was trying to sign in it cant be processed, there's this error icon and will be in red if its not correct at the right side and cant verify my email. When I tried to delete the email and key in the Member # which was the grayed info first thing that you'll see when you open the app, its not letting me to submit that, wrong email, of course its a wrong email coz Im not able to put that as the first option. WT**** Dont know what to do. Tried to install the App for Redeem points, bravo was able to sign in. Confused as to why in Airasia app its not accepting my login infos. Tsk
