3 stars: Travelocity Hotels & Flights apk download - Usually pretty good for hotels and for comparing flights, however when looking at hotels with the current app the picture of the hotel is often a different property. The only way to fix this is to select map and then go back to list view. This only fixes a few properties, and then the problem starts all over again. Bug has been going on for about 3 weeks now.

2 stars: - I booked a flight and hotel package. Due to "technical difficulties" Travelocity cancelled the trip, said everything had been refunded and to go a head and rebook. I rebooked everything but later found out when I got my credit card statement that I had been charged for both trips! Here it is 45 days later, 5 different phone calls, and still no refund. I called today and was on hold for 2 hours but finally got them to email a confirmation stating that the refund had been applied to my credit card but could take up to 15 days to process. So because I couldn't afford 2 trips I paid the balance for one and am now having to pay interest on the trip that was supposedly refunded 45 days ago!
