4 stars: This app was absolutely wonderful. At one time, I would have given it a 5* rating. However, I am no longer able to add cash to it at Walmart or DG, due to the updated app not having a barcode for the associates at the stores to scan. This makes things very difficult for me. I would appreciate if this issue were fixed.
4 stars: App needs to be a little more simplified. Some of the icons are difficult to locate. When I opened the app, the QR code popped up. I contacted support to walk through finding the icons. The clock icon wasn't readily available. It was not easy to retrieve my funds. It took me several tries to figure out the icons.
2 stars: I do like the app and the ease of the product, but I will say that having to sign out EACH AND EVERY TIME is the worst time-consuming activity. I've updated the app, and all. This happens each time, and it freezes my phone. I do wish that I could have more than one account tied to my phone number vs. email. I would give 5 stars for that kind of service!
2 stars: This app is very quirky. Lately, will not allow me to go into my pay history and view pending cash requests. May end up uninstalling it. When I hit the lower right button to view activity, it doesn't allow it. Instead it gives me a screen that wants me to add friends, which I do not want. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app on two occasions to fix this.
