5 stars: Excellent customer service! I moved to a city where whoosh had no presence, the app was giving me a hard time about cancelling the subscription, but the support rep cancelled the subscription and sent me a refund in about 10 minutes.
5 stars: One of the best e-scooter company in Moscow and Moscow region. Happy with their simple and fast mobile app. Quality of e-scooters is good. One can choose mode of speed on the app which is a good feature.
4 stars: The app is getting better. Geo-Location is now working. The map doesn't load at all. All you can see is the parking spot icons.
4 stars: Very incorrect location with GPS off (power saving mode). Other apps show much more accurate location. Was able to park from a second attempt, despite being exactly on a parking spot. Please increase parking range a few meters to allow for slight location errors. App encounters errors and show welcome screen every time, please fix.
3 stars: Usually works well. Not happy about being charged for a faulty equipment. I took a scooter, I tried for 2 minutes to make it work, put it back where I took it from and was charged as if I'd gone for a ride. Asked for a refund but no one responded.
3 stars: The app does not help to ride the scooter. To do that the app has to keep the screen ON during the ride (optionally) and provide some navigation features, at least a line pointing to the chosen destination. But what I miss more then navigation is a possibility to export GPS tra...
