5 stars: Always available, comfortable, durable, and as far essentially equal in speed to all other rentals. Their support team is also very responsive and tend to be solution oriented, usually refunding right away if one is warranted, though they do seem to keep everything well maintained. Thank you for the safe and fun rides, getting me to my appointments and letting me explore the city with friends!
4 stars: App is fairly good, often no issues. Loading can take a while sometimes, which can be awful when you are trying to end your ride. Connection to bikes has always worked when I have used it. Overall, the app is cool.
4 stars: App works well. Limited ways to get refund when a scooter gives you bad ride. Payments are easy, finder works great, except there is no way to see anything else besides battery level, so if someone rates a vehicle as unsafe (broken brake for instance) there is no way to know.
3 stars: Scooters algreat when they work. Phone customer service great. App, not so good. Reporting issues requires an attach/file photo, but doesn't work. Even phone number link didn't work. QR scan hit and miss. No details in app help on map legend or buttons on scooter. Maybe if the app allowed scooters to be reported, they're wouldn't be so many broken ones.
3 stars: Rented an electric bike in Sarasota. If helmets are required by law they should be provided. And Indicator lights (🔋, ⚠️, MPH) are unreadable in ordinary sunlight. But I had fun and would do it...
