5 stars: this is a good app for online shopping. but I have a little problem about it. the preview is lag while sliding the pictures on review section. i think my phone already enough fast to install the it. please, give an update to fix this problem.

3 stars: Halo. Tokopedia is my fav market place. I have suggestion for improvement. Please separate ratings for store (for the product) and for expedition (for courier). I bought a product and the receiver was CHAIR. The courier left it on top of my chair! Who's gonna responsible if the product is stolen? How I report reckless courier? 1 star for store is unfair. 2 stars: Changed my mind. My first experience of Tokopedia doesn't feel special at all even as a new account user. Coupon for new account literally spicy to look but can't be used at all (bugged).
