5 stars: Jeff helped me with an issue of which I could not figure out. He was easy to work with and got back to me in a timely manner. He also escalated it so I could get an answer more quickly. Their customer service has been great. I also love the program and being able to work on one channel that covers all channels! Thx!
5 stars: Hostaway provides very user-friendly, comprehensive services. Mohamed was my onboarding specialist and he was excellent! He always made himself available to me, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Hostaway to anyone in the short-term rental industry!
4 stars: Billy in customer service was a great help. Easy to unstand instructions and very friendly.
3 stars: It works to do quick calendar updates and to check on my bookings, but I wish it had more robust calendar features available so I didn't always have to get to a computer to make changes. I especially wish I could write notes on certain dates/bookings in app; currently I can only do this on desktop.

2 stars: Other reviews are right.. the app doesn't notify you of new messages. Also the reservations page is confusing.. you any even sort it so that it shows latest upcoming reservations. Poorly thrown together app reallly.
