5 stars: Overall it's a really great app and is easy to understand and use. The service is also excellent for me. But I just gotta say that your ads on all other websites and apps ARE TOO annoying. Clicking skip or X just sends people to your app and it is annoying. I have already installed it and often uses it in a desired time but forcefully sending people there is too much. Especially if your ads always appear.
5 stars: Overall it's really a great app and easy to use. I prefer using this over the other online shopping apps. It's easy to navigate and look for products and stores. It provides a real-time info on your ordered product. The refund and returns are fast and convenient! I don't know how many times I ordered in this app. I feel safe and comfortable to use this app because in the other app the refund/return process are pending for too long.
4 stars: some seller are responsible and responsive. so far only one case the seller sent a wrong item to me . Took sometime to return due to the delivery Qexpess was not very friendly and they don't communicate with me when are they coming to pick up the item. when changed delivery service to another they were good only need one time and they listen carefully.
