5 stars: Awesome map. The only problem is that they freeze when you have phone calls. As far as I know Facebook doesn't follow but probably does because of AI systems. But they've been good to me. Sometimes they give me free Calls Unlimited overseas other times they charge me. There are some bugs but they don't contact me. Hey contact me and I'll help you fix your damn bugs because I've been with you for two years
4 stars: I use this only a little and selected it because of the good reviews and also it is headquartered in my own City so I have an idea of the people behind it. I only use it for a few texts and call to the USA but so far my experiences have all been good. I am using the free model; it will text me if I have not used it enough to keep my number. I looked at the upgrade pricing but think it is far too high for the extra features.
3 stars: This is the first issue I've had with this app but as of recently when I send an sms from the 2ndline app the other person isn't receiving them. This has been happening with all my sent sms that im aware of. Not sure how to fix it .

2 stars: It sometimes works, but sometimes it just decides to not receive any texts or calls for no reason. I am very annoyed with the inability of the program to receive messages and it is making lots of people anoyyed at me for not seeing their responses. Talkatone/textnow work much better.
