5 stars: been using it since 2019. convenient, reliable. now you can pay using virtual account and e-wallet and the shoppers contact you if somethings not available and offers replacements.
4 stars: App and services for me had always been top notch, CS is/was very responsive until last week, when suddendly, my favorite supermarket wasn't available anymore. After a search on the internet, I read that HF was having difficulties. I hope it will survive the hard times, I have been using it twice a week for the past few years ! So I put 4 stars because of recent reduced service, but it would have been 5 stars 2 weeks ago.
3 stars: Usually the app is great, shopper is great from AEON, the others I'm not sure as never use. Currently having problem paying with my usual credit card with the discount voucher. It doesn't work anymore. Just keep asking me to key in my new card. So crazy. After key in, said my discount voucher not valid. So stupid and I've been using the same method for the last two years. WTH.
2 stars: Lately the apps has been having glitches. I had filled up my cart and was ready for check out only to find that the Grand Lucky was closed. If the store is closed, please disabled the cart. It was a waste of time filling in the cart. Today, my order with Lotte Mart has been confirmed for delivery within the next 3 hours. Suddenly, my order was canceled by the apps. What is going on?
