5 stars: Well, the app is great except sometimes the maps go crazy. At the moment I can see where the rider is going and that allows me to make an appropriate decision. Other than that I believe there is room for improvememt ( for example; it would be good to see the client photo and verified name)
5 stars: Great service! Very quick to set up my account and i can do the meeting online which is so much better than Uber! (It took ages to get set up and then i had to go central london.) The app is simple to use and i love how it overlays on google maps so i can easily start and end the trip. I also get paid MUCH better than Uber. Highly reccomend for PHV Drivers

4 stars: The app is getting better. The previously had issues with the map. Accuracy is around 91% now Now riders can easily use the multiple stop function and it clears the misunderstanding between driver and rider. The only issue I have is the fares, can't the drivers engine size be used to charge the riders?
3 stars: App is improving but routes calculation is bad and unfortunately you can not add a stop during a ride which is one of the requirements for most riders. Please make the navigation more responsive and allow adding a stop. Thanks
