5 stars: Very much needed app for a very much needed service. Havent noticed any thechnical issues so far.
5 stars: Very good option to contact a doctor in these covid days. Freindly application, easy to use and communicate with a specialist, rate them and see how often they usually answer. You can attach documents, pics and receive receipt. Prepayment might be required and depends on the doctor's rate but usually is lower than going to meet them face to face. Highly recommend it!
4 stars: There is a bug with the settings, setting blood type doesn't seem to persist it after clicking Done. Als, IMHO, a lot of people, myself included, would dislike an app solely for the brightness they are forced to withstand in an otherwise dark system theme. Elsewise, the app is great and intuitive
4 stars: I have some issues with the refund function but the support helped me, so I am editing my review.
3 stars: Quick reply from the doctor 😷. I received the push notification when the doctor answered. Downside is that it is not possible to edit the message once you have sent it and not possible to delete attachement (this is important if you by chance attached a wrong file like it was in my case). I did not see anywhere customer support option within the app in case of an issue.
