5 stars: I am one of the newer customers and enjoyed the service so far. In my second purchase, there was a problem with the shipment and although the amount was not small, they refunded in full without any questions asked although I did not even request a full refund. I would say they know how to build customer loyalty.
5 stars: Better than Amazon Turkey. This is the closest thing to american version Amazon in Turkey. Great customer service, quick shipping & delivery and an always growing selection of products. It is also Turkish own & run with a female founder and chairperson.
4 stars: There is some sort of lag in the operation with app. The worse part is that you put something in your basket and after few days, it's out of stock or change in price happens (for any reason, higher or lower) and if you don't remember what was in your basket, probably you will miss that item or never understand the price change. There should be notification for these situations.
3 stars: It's great, but it would be much appreciated if you would add an english interface for foreigners who want to use your services

I don't understand Turkish, Every time I have to use website instead of app, and use Google translate. That's just too frustrating.
