5 stars: This is just disgusting. I have been a fan of viu ever since i started watching running man. I do not own a membership, and the disgusting thing is that they already ran up 3 high resolution ads and after it, the video can't be played because the system was saying my internet was too slow. I just can't comprehend so finding new site or app is better.
5 stars: I wasn't notified! I didn't receive an order confirmation of the renewal through email. Thus, I didn't know that I was already charged for this subscription. Worst is they don't process refund. Or at least option to cancel the subscription at the end of the billing cycle, or turn off auto renewal. P😒
4 stars: Like others, I've been paying premium for 2 accounts for over a year. In the recent updates, I have been logged out and the forget password does not really work. Now looking for ways to unsubscribe. Still cannot find it.
2 stars: The ads are too much. You cannot skip minute long ads. What's more annoying is it has a LOT of ads which is never ending. Will stress you first before you can even play the movie. Other apps do not do this. When I'm using mobile data, the ads play perfectly fine but the movies won't load. A waste of time and data.
