5 stars: Very reliable and accurate. The only problem for me was being an inexperienced public transit user, and not knowing the route information, it would be nice to offer a description of the route, info for the traveller who is not familiar with the area. Looking for a map in the app with all the routes, lines and stations. Still a great app ! And has saved me much guessing
5 stars: Was really enjoying the app until the latest update, it's not working like it used to, hangs a lot of time. I depend on this app a lot, very accurate and easy to track. Trying to add the screen shot but it would not allow me to do so. It says check your internet all the time. Be it WIFI or data, both are working fine, but not the app.
4 stars: Using it in Israel. Very good! Option to pay for rides is very useful. One major issue: does not display train number when showing a route. Twice i got on the wrong train going in the right direction to the right end station but not stopping in my destination. If i knew train number would not happen. Using in Sweden, best app to plan a trip in Stockholm
3 stars: works well but for some reason the app thinks it appropriate to start up by itself and suck up my battery when i dont need it. force stop works for a bit and then i go back to check in a few hours and it's running again. without me ever opening the app - i just see that it is running and i can force stop it again. going to uninstall and only install it when i need it. i don't tolerate...
