5 stars: Update: UI has been fixed, which makes a huge difference! Your catalogue is great but this latest UI is terrible. In a busy day, if I can spare time to reward myself watching something, I prefer to be able to quickly look at a range of options rather than doom-scrolling through the few titles shown to me one at a time. That feeling of wasting time immediately sends me to look at the apps of your competitors.
4 stars: Netflix I want to see more of the options available to me instead of the description and trailers. I liked the old layout much more this layout seems really forced and not helpful at all literally fire your app designer and the person who green lit this update. 4 stars: It generally works well. Just wanted to express the the subtitle font and colour control shouldn't be locked in the parental control menu. Since I pay my aunt to be on her account she has to adjust these settings for me, if I can get a hold of her, and I only need to change the settings for one show, then change back for most others. I have to imagine that's inconvenient for anyone with multi-device accounts.
