5 stars: My go to - Agoda! I have been a user for how many years now. A great user interface and reliable customer service gives them the edge from other apps. By far, all our travels (solo/family trips) arranged through them have been pleasant. I also had experiences with cancellations and refunds and they have always been helpful, logical plus quick to respond! Kudos Team! 👏
5 stars: Great deals and customer service! Had a problem with booking for the next day instead of the same day hotel I needed. It was a non refundable rate and I thought I was going to lose my full payment. I went skiing the next day and checked my app and they refunded in agoda cash. At first I thought the customer service was no good. They totally came through in the end. The prices on this app are usually Unbeatable
4 stars: The majority of the booking process and the selection is perfect. However if I jump into another app to check my banking details and return, I cannot type my details into the Agoda app. The app just does not show the keyboard.
3 stars: At times the prices can be higher than actual walk-in or direct booking, but it's convenient. Always check your e-mail once booking is done, I have been double charged by the app glitching causing double bookings. Also make sure your booking dates are accurate, for some reason you are able to book rooms for the previous day (yesterday's date).
