5 stars: My favorite ordering apps! I have been trying order food online for a couple of years, to be honest, Facedrive Foods is my favorite food delivery service! It delivers fast and accurately most of the time, if something happened that might delay the arrival time, they would notify me as soon as possible.
4 stars: Good deals, app could be more intuitive. The way delivery fee is worked out is weird, it mapped out a route that took the driver way out of his way. It is also slightly confusing trying to figure out how much something will cost with delivery.
3 stars: This is the only app that delivers milk tea but I don't think I'll use it again. Delivery fee is VERY expensive. They do have a promo of $15 off for your first order but delivery was almost $20. You get charged extra for using credit card too - other forms of payment are alipay and wechat pay only. Yes, they do offer discounts but it's not worth it paying so much for delivery fee.
2 stars: The service was good but the app itself is full of bugs. Canceled my order twice in a row after payments were deducted and there was no way to reverse my order. Had to manually adding each item back and re-place a third one when I'm starving already. Have no idea whether I will get refunded for the deduction either. Took me almost 1 hour from first ordering to when the order finally went through, then the long wait to get my food.....
