5 stars: Ordering is easy. Items are delivered on time, sometimes even earlier. Notifications are relevant. Such a variety of products. I love shopping at Wildberries.

4 stars: [🦊] In general, nothing to complain about. But! There are very few products in certain categories. I've been looking for a shirt for years now, and I still can't find the right one. It might not be your problem, so I gave the app 4 stars.
3 stars: The last update crashed the app completely! Nothing works. The old purchases still show as on the way. The current purchase statuses are all the same - purchased. I am unable to follow the status of my purchases, to buy new products. Everything is messed up.
3 stars: It was not easy to update the app even after turning off the parental controls. Also this is the first shopping app that I use which is without ANY opportunity to get an advice or an assistance, no customer support option at all.
2 stars: 1. The app is having technical issues all the time related to showing the status of the orders. 2. The customer support is non existent. They are just copy pasting answers. 3. The prices of the products fluctuate like crazy. Tomorrow the same product may cost twice or 3 times the price it cost yesterday.
