5 stars: I had a problem with the app when I first downloaded it; it would not sync to my email. However, I uninstalled, figured it was just my phone or connection or something. I reinstalled it a few days later, synced it and now I've had absolutely no problems. It's incredibly easy to use and beautifully convenient. I've had Hotmail for more than 20 years, and I've used other email platforms as well. Nothing compares to Hotmail. *G0 OUTLOOK*

4 stars: I like Outlook a lot, I like the whole eco system, it works well together. The only problem I have is that it takes ages for my emails to refresh when I open the app. I thought it would happen in the background and they would just be there when I open the app (If that makes any sense)..
3 stars: It is fantastic for PC or laptops, but for Android phones it sucks, and also lacks a few importat features, as it does not allow that one moves anywhere, but the inbox, and compose. It could be more interesting. Hence why I don't use it much on my mobile, as I would like too; more so because it is the official email address I use to communicate with my work.
2 stars: Very simple to use and organize your emails! My ONLY complaint would be that you CAN NOT delete a folder or edit a folders name on the app for Android (Google Play). You can howevet, using outlook on a desktop browser. I think the app should be updated so you can ed...
