5 stars: This app is incredibly helpful and useful in supporting my self-care routine (when I have time to do it) for my skincare. I noticed a huge difference after completing the first exercise and I would highly recommend it to anyone experiencing skin problems. They even have Gua Sha and jade roller instructions! Super easy to use interface and great for anyone looking to improve the appearance of their skin.
5 stars: It's an amazing app as it made my day amazing I have only had one day of experience with it so don't expect a lot from but it's still spectacular I love the before and after result option and you will definitely feel a lot better after doing the first exercise (if done correctly) and will also remind you to drink water on your selected time💕
4 stars: Really love how specific the instructions can be and how direct and simple to understand they are. I also love the little advices that come with food and skincare and every other thing I haven't used it long enough but I can tell that I will not regret it.
