3 stars: So far , I haven't had any fraud issues like most have so that's a big plus. However, whenever I use the standard cash out method, I have to add my account EACH time. I've contacted support two different times about this and tried each troubleshooting method they suggest and I still have the same issue. Overall, it's a pretty good app, other than that inconvenience for me, I would've given it 5 stars.
3 stars: I really like Cash App I've been using it for years. I love the convenience and ease of use. The only thing I would change is how easily it is to make payments online. I have had to change cards a few times due to unauthorized purchases and had to dispute it which took awhile and a few cases I did not receive the money back. It should have an online confirmation before purchases are made just for extra security reasons.
2 stars: Worked great until the update. Now my balance won't change to reflect what it is. Had $100 on there and balance said $1. Tried closing the app and reopening, same issue. Kinda sucks not knowing how much money you actually have, because I might have $10, but it's showing $1. Can we fix it? If not guess I'll be looking for a different app to use that's reliable.
