5 stars: I don't know which app everyone is complaining about. My experience has been completely the opposite. I have been using it for long and it has improved a lot. Adding/deleting channels, modifying pack, payment, offers- everything works.
5 stars: Best service ever..only one thing i would like to say Instead of using this app.. kindly select your channels always in d2h website...and in other hand technology has improved very fast..but your app still works like old one.. kindly improve..so that the customer can get attracted to videocon D2H application also and it would be great if you can make live channel available mobile app also like Tata play.
4 stars: A very good one app. It helps me to creat my own pack or default pack. I also recharge easily through this app.
3 stars: 1. Doesn't show all channels clearly 2. Channel finder feature doesn't work 3. Too many updates
3 stars: Yesterday, added &TV and Set HD channels on the app. Was able to view &TV but Set HD could not be activated inspite of complaining on the d2h customer care number. The charges for the channel have however been deducted from my main balance..
2 stars: When i subscribe for some channel and checkout..there must be an option to download the channel lists in excel or PDF.
