5 stars: The app is amazing! It asks you your hight and weight. It makes you the perfect program for your body. It asks if it was just right, easy, too easy, hard, or too hard and it will make a new program for you. And it's free and very little adds. It let's you take a 25 second break per exercise. It also asks you what muscle zone you want to work on! Amazing app, i would defiantly recommend getting it
5 stars: It's very good program. The design of it is really easy to use and has really good descriptions on how to do the excersize. They SHOW you how to do the excersize, good for people who are visual learners. I do find some excesizes either too hard or too easy. So I feel like it may not be perfectly balanced in that way. But for what your getting its 👌
4 stars: I loved my first guided ab workout. But I can see these workouts becoming unbearable at higher levels, especially for older people, and especially due to individual body differences and limitations. For example, my legs are heavy so I barely made it through my second set of leg raises, but I can do the plank for 2+ minutes. So, a welcome feature would be to tweak the reps and rest periods for each exercise up to a certain point.
4 stars: Great app for all levels of fitness. My only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is because I would like the ability to increase difficulty for full and lower body challenges separately. I am finding the upper body to be an increasingly good challenge but the lower...
